Our story started in 2002, what began as a humble window cleaning company named ClearView Window Enhancements, exploded into a full-scale women-owned commercial cleaning company with the sole vision to become the preferred cleaning company of the region's medical facilities.
In 2019, our hard work paid off when we were awarded all sites of a large medical entity spaced out over the Mid-Michigan region. In addition to medical facilities, our customer base has grown to include everything from credit unions, school buildings and many family-owned businesses.
All supervising and office staff have been promoted from within and now are the foundation of what makes ClearView run smoothly. These individuals demonstrated all of our core values - Be Adaptable, Take Ownership, Have Integrity, and Customer Focused as cleaning techs out in the field and have been set on the pathway to leadership. Most of our employees come to us without experience in the field but we pride ourselves in seeking out these values in others and trusting that an employee with these qualities will stand toe to toe with the most experienced candidates.
ClearView has been proud to welcome ALL employees to the team and this mindset was recognized in November of 2021 when The Flint and Genesee Group named ClearView the first recipient of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champion Award.
This achievement highlighted ClearView's commitment to an open door policy to any member of our community, regardless of ethnicity or identity as well as a belief in second chances.
Our employees have spread the word of ClearViews' inclusivity. ClearView has hired and promoted several members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Word of mouth is the oldest form of advertising. With this in mind, ClearView has regularly sponsored the league fees for a slow-pitch softball team. Two ClearView employees actively participate in the team and help spread the word to potential customers and employees between innings. This year ClearView took first place in league play and managed to win a trophy this season!
